Leadership Team

Beverly Visty-Doman

Founder and President
As the Founder and President of dharmata, Beverly is the personality and creative strategist behind the public relations firm. In her 20 years as a public relations professional, Beverly has built national and international brand awareness for clients across many industries. At dharmata, Beverly leverages her celebrity-based rolodex and creativity to launch large-scale events for her clients in entertainment, travel and hospitality, and luxury markets.

At the onset of her career, while working with the Hollywood elite, such as Madonna, Steven Seagal and Gabriel Byrne, Beverly was hands-on in every aspect of the entertainment business, including media relations, marketing and logistics. She soon went on to diversify her industry outreach, designing specialized and successful campaigns in the areas of technology, fashion, beauty, health, travel and hospitality, entertainment and the not-for-profit sector.

When representing Pueblo Bonito Hotels & Resorts (PBHR) at the Cabo Jazz Festival, she helped build strategic partnerships with movie industry executives and developed media partnerships to raise awareness of the Pueblo Bonito properties. She has created campaigns for many organizations using her extensive industry connections to connect the non-profit sector with celebrities and businesses creating a winning situation for all.

In 2001, in conjunction with U2’s Bono, Beverly managed the marketing, packaging, sales, talent relations and public relations campaign for Artists Against AIDS Worldwide. She brought together 23 top entertainers, including Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera, Destiny’s Child and P. Diddy. The project went on to win Beverly her first VH1 Award.

Her clients have included: Amnesty International, IWMF, World Wildlife Fund, UNEP, UNICEF, Green with Music for the Grammy’s, Super Bowl Gridiron Express, BET party, Emmys Gifting Suites, NAACP, Cannes Film Festival Nokia, Heal Breast Cancer Foundation, Sounds of the Sacred, Yoga Revolution. These campaigns are just a sampling of what Beverly can do for dharmata clients.
